Anne Ryan International, LLC is a designer, manufacturer and direct importer of fashion accessories specializing unique beads, semi-precious stones, freshwater pearls, and european crystal. All of accessories are designed in house with collaberation with our overseas factory. As a designer of fashion jewelry, and not just a importer of "stock items", we can maintain a unique designer inspired look that is extremily competitive in price with astonishing turn-around times.

California Prop 65 Warning:
At Anne Ryan International we recognize the importance of protecting the health and environment of our customers. However, some of the base metal findings, chains, and charms sold by our company may contain small amounts of lead, a chemical known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects, and other reproductive harm if ingested. We recommend that you wash your hands after handling, and keep all items away from small children and infants.

Wholesale Only Policy:
We only sell to distributors, wholesalers, catalogs, and large retailer who are in jewelry businesses. All customers must present a copy of, a valid Resale Certificate and/or Wholesale Business Tax ID Number from State of Texas. For those outside the State of Texas, please supply us with an equivalent document, such as a Seller's Permit or Sales Tax License issued by the state where your business is located or another form of proof of your business license/jewelry-related business status.

Return Policy
Return shipping and insurance costs are not refundable. All customers are responsible for paying the return costs. Becauase our styles are constantly changing, NO returns will be accepted after 7 calendar days of the Invoice Date.

Return within 5 days of Receipt:
If the item was order by error, and the merchandise is returned to us within 5 calendar days of receipt, we will issue a credit to your account, but with an additional 20% re-stocking fee. No Returns will be accepted without our Return Authorization Number. Therefore, please inspect your order immediately upon receipt, so you can decide as soon as possible whether or not to keep your purchase.

Return Authorization: Please email Sales@AnneRyanOnline.com or fax (800) 514-2257 to obtain your Return Authorization Number before sending any merchandise back. When contacting us, please provide the original invoice number, a description of the item you would like to return, and the reason for this return (to help us continue improving our services.) We will then issue a Return Authorization Number via email or fax. All merchandise must be returned in its original condition. Partial Quantities, priced merchandise or worn strand are not acceptable. Please return to:

Return Shipping Carriers: We recommend that you return merchandise in safe and sturdy packaging (not a regular business letter envelope) via a carrier with a reliable tracking system, such as UPS, FEDEX, or DHL. As stated above, we will not reimburse return shipping fees nor original shipping costs if these items were ordered in error.

Payment Terms
Anne Ryan accepts the American Express Card worldwide; VISA, MasterCard and Discover credit cards issued by banks in the US, Canada, Mexico, Central and South America. You may also mail in a US dollar money order or create a wire transfer in US dollars.

Check by Phone service is available for checking accounts based in the US, on orders placed by phone through Customer Service (210) 822-1350. You will need to provide your bank name, account holder name, account number and routing number. You are also welcome to mail in your order with a personal check drawn on a US bank account.

Please note that prices are not guaranteed until an order has been entered into our system with a valid payment method accepted. C.O.D. service is no longer available.
